Anyone can be a little bit good: This past week, Presbyterian Support Otago hosted the inaugural Family Works Guardian Angel Day. Guardian Angels give a $1 a day to help Otago children and families in need make lasting change in their lives.

Over the past 12 months Family Works has supported more than 5,600 people with counselling services, social work, food parcels, housing and budget advice, advocacy and training. The team aim to provide support that will help people improve their current situation and create a brighter future for themselves.

If you do decide to be “a little bit good”, you can access the Guardian Angel app and get yourself some angel wings.  Angels are encouraged to share the news with their friends on social media.  It’s not too late to become a Guardian Angel or just check out the gallery of Guardian Angels at www.psotago.org.nz.
