Can you help??? The Parish Communications team is looking for someone to assist them with a small task each month – this involves writing a small item for The Star newspaper community news section. If you feel this is something you would like to do, please talk to either Jillian (487 6307) or Sybil (487 8018) or the office.
Thank you to all bedpushers:
We would like to take this opportunity of thanking you and the members of your church for the help you gave us at the Hospital Chapel recently. It is appreciated that it is not always easy to gather together a group of people for this purpose. We also realise that each of you has made a real sacrifice of time and energy and perhaps had to miss out on your own church service to be at the hospital.
Please convey to all your members our sincere thanks for their contribution. Without the help of groups such as yours our hospital worship services would be difficult to maintain Sunday by Sunday. We trust that you all got the same satisfaction of joy from your efforts as the patients and staff did from being able to share in the worship of God while here in hospital.
