Leadership team	Title and responsibilities
	Dr Nerina Di Lorenzo Managing Director Dr Nerina Di Lorenzo was appointed Managing Director on 1 December 2021, after having spent two years as Melbourne Water’s Executive General Manager of Service Delivery. She has had over 21 years of experience in senior leadership roles, including almost five years as CEO of Moreland City Council. Her roles have spanned the areas of Asset Management, Infrastructure Operations, Project Delivery and Business Improvement. Prior to this, she held roles in the oil industry working on the oil rigs in Bass Strait. Nerina has a Bachelor of Engineering, a Bachelor of Business and a PhD centering on the topic of organisational change management.
	Emma Braun General Counsel & Company Secretary Emma Braun is responsible for the Corporate Secretariat and Legal Services group, whose functions include advising the Managing Director and Board to ensure compliance with statutory obligations, providing secretariat support to the Board and Board Committees, and providing legal advice to the organisation.
	Gavan O’Neill General Manager, Customer and Strategy Gavan O’Neill is responsible for the Customer and Strategy group, whose functions include strategic issues, corporate planning, customer focus initiatives, public affairs, community engagement and communications, education and strategic relationships.
	Chris Williams General Manager, Integrated Planning Chris Williams is responsible for the Integrated Planning group, who manage long-term water services planning, integrated water management, catchment and water quality, research and land use planning for liveability and environmental initiatives.
	Craig Dixon General Manager, Service Delivery – Infrastructure Operations Craig Dixon is responsible for the Infrastructure Operations group, which delivers wholesale drinking water, recycled water and sewerage services to the water retail corporations, in accordance with customer and regulatory obligations.
	Tim Wood General Manager, Service Delivery – Asset Management Services Tim Wood is responsible for the Asset Management Services group, whose functions include asset knowledge and systems and management of water, sewerage, drainage, waterway and land assets.
	Kirsten Shelly General Manager, Service Delivery – Waterways and Catchment Operations Kirsten Shelly is responsible for the Waterways and Catchment Operations group, whose functions include environmental and flood protection, infrastructure planning for urban development, and programs to protect and enhance regional waterway health.
	Paula Jeffs General Manager, People and Capability Paula Jeffs is responsible for the People & Capability Group whose functions include People Services, Business Partnering, Employee Relations, Change Management, Capability Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Experience, and Internal Communications.
	Anthony O’Shannessy Chief Financial Officer, Commercial and Business Services Anthony O’Shannessy is responsible for the Commercial and Business Services group including finance, internal audit, procurement, property, pricing and regulation, risk and business process, business improvement and commercial services.
